📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Americanna Wellness is in a very exciting phase of growth, and we are currently seeking to hire a Salesforce System Administrator/Integrator to join our team. You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and improving the organization's internal and external software systems. With a broad expertise in IT domains, this role ensures seamless operation, integration of software and hardware systems, effective database management, and insightful data analysis to support strategic decisions. You'll excel in this role if you are a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and have a passion for technology based on a broad foundation of knowledge and experience. Because of our needs in this role, we need someone with proven experience in Salesforce!
Our Arizona office is located in Fountain Hills just off 87 and easily accessible from Hwy 101: a newly renovated building, we are centrally located 25 minutes from North Scottsdale and PHX, and an easy 20-minute commute from Mesa.
NOTE: this is an in person position—primarily in office during regular office hours, and occasionally remotely for urgent situations.
Responsibilities:design and implement solutions that integrate various software systems, ensuring smooth interoperability between disparate systems to support organizational needs.manage, optimize, and ensure the security of database systems. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups to support data integrity.develop and customize software solutions to enhance business processes. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable applications.analyze and optimize operational processes through the application of technology, improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.utilize data analytics tools to gather insights from data, generating reports that support decision-making and strategic planning.provide expertise and support across various IT domains, including troubleshooting, technical support, and training for end-users.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent certifications and experienceProven experience in systems integration, database management, and IT operations.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the IT landscape.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.kills
