Responsibilities

Member Services Specialists are the first point of contact for youth, families/caregivers and providers accessing the System of Care. They are responsible for answering all calls within a specific service level agreement and completing the registration process as well as managing questions from treatment providers. Member Services Specialists determine the appropriate routing of a call and attempts to be the first point of resolution. This position is also responsible for maintaining consistent procedures and providing outstanding customer service.

Education/Experience

High Diploma/GED required. Associate's Degree (AS) preferred. 1-2 years experience with an Associate's Degree, and/or 2-3 years experience with only High School/GED. Call Center technologies, Customer Service, Behavioral Health, Managed Care, Human Services, Electronic Health Records skills preferred. Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Ability to respond sensitively to youth, families/caregivers, and providers needs. Skilled wiht Microsoft software applications required.

This is 2nd Shift position with rotating holidays, and we provide a competitive pay with differential. 100% remote working arrangement. Occasional commute to the Robbinsville, NJ office will be required. You must live in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware within 1.5 hours from our Robbinsville, NJ office required. Qualified candidates with bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are welcomed.
