Responsible for supporting mortgage marketing efforts for the assigned region, focusing heavily on content and managing requests. Marketing efforts to be supported will include both company-wide marketing and individual Loan Officer marketing. The activities may include mailings, emails, digital and email campaigns, events, social media, promotional items, and administrative/budgetary support. Other duties assigned include: creating new loan program content pieces, on-boarding, training, and supporting Loan Officers on Total Expert or perspective email automation tool. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

Execute marketing plan as created by Marketing Director and Specialty Marketing Manager as it relates to the assigned region. Coordinate the creation of all new and updated product and program flyers. Coordinate with the compliance department to make sure that all marketing within the company is within compliance guidelines. Manage the development and implementation of all mortgage marketing strategies within Marketplace, Total Expert, and/or Encompass. Train existing personnel and new hires on using all CRM and other marketing systems. Order, allocate, track and bill marketing collateral. Support company events with a variety of activities from coordinating vendors to creating and tracking invitations. Ensure overall brand consistency across all marketing platforms. Personalize email, print and website material as needed. Enforce marketing policies. Create, update, and personalize marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain marketing files for the assigned sales teams. Research and assist with the selection of marketing vendors. Work with internal teams across the organization to ensure all marketing content meets legal and compliance requirements. Moderation of on-boarding, training and supporting all LO’s within the mortgage marketing budget and manages volunteers for events.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

Proficient in all Microsoft Office package software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple jobs concurrently. Works as a team-player with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Industry And Work Experience

3-6 years’ of industry related experience.

Academic

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in marketing, mixed media, hospitality, or similar.
