Overview

Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished Mobile Application Developer.

• ** Location: Oakland, CA or El Dorado Hills, CA*** Duration: 3 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:Position will be largely remote but will require candidate to come into the office (either El Dorado Hills or Oakland) twice a month at the minimum.Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time.Video interview required.

Description:Provide mobile application development leadership, including design reviews and code reviews, and helping other mobile application developers in being successful in their development.This person will also perform mobile application development.The leadership will span both iOS and Android versions of the application.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.Looking primarily for an Android Developer.Specifically looking for candidates that have two years’ experience leading / implementing mobile applications utilizing a single codebase platform such as React Native, Flutter, etc.Three years of experience in building applications on Android or iOS.Good experience with MVC / MVVM / MVP design patterns and programming technologies like Java, Kotlin, Objective C, and Swift.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):Experience implementing integrations using RESTful web services, working with authentication and authorization frameworks/protocols (OAuth/SAML).Good understanding of Objected Oriented Analysis and Design concepts.
