OVERVIEW

Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished “Customer Service Rep.”

• * TITLE: Customer Service Rep
• * LOCATION: Remote mainly | 5101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd. Louisville, KY 40219
• * DURATION: 2 months + Contract with high possibility of extension!
• * WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 1030AM-7PM OR Monday- Friday 11am-730pm

Candidate being able to be in the office when needed.

Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.Provide accurate information to the caller.Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.Resolve the callers’ needs.Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Job Requirements: Education: High School diploma.Previous call center experience preferred.Previous healthcare experience desiredExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficeAble to type 35 wpm or greater.
