POSITION SUMMARYAWB is hunting for a Stylist to work for an innovative, luxury sportwear brand. As a Stylist, you bring the product to life through expert storytelling and best-in-class service. You aim to meet and exceed the needs of customers by creating unique and specially curated looks that promote their best selves, bring them immense joy, and establish long-lasting relationships with the brand.

This will be a seasonal position from May- September.

RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer through tailored product education, attending to their unique needs, and offering value to their visitEmulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashionBuild and maintain ample knowledge of the world of sport and luxury fashion with awareness around fashion trendsMove dynamically on the floor and communicate with both staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met with product recommendations and curated outfittingto meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class serviceof the job as specified in company policies and/or procedurespositive relationships with peers and contribute to positive team moraleMaintain the brand’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customersManage stock and handle supply-chain issues, especially for items displayed in-storeHave a full understanding of the POS system and provide a seamless customer transaction experiencePerform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious environmentPerform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSExperience in customer servicebeing a team playerto work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

ELIGIBILITYMust be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is locatedMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTo perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear. You will be required to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Near and far-sighted visual acuity and normal depth perception are required.
