Duties

Are you Wilder's next Clinical Supervisor?

Provide Mental Health Targeted Case Management (TCM) supervision to TCM providers. Participate as a member of the Community Mental Health team in providing TCM services to assigned clients who meet program eligibility. Principle accountabilities will include assessment, service planning, service engagement, crisis intervention, documentation, case coordination, rehabilitation skill building, if part of an ARMHS service, information and referral, team work, and providing supervision and/or work direction for case managers. Responsibilities may also include program and/or project leadership. May provide direct clinical service to program clients including comprehensive assessment and clinical treatment based on needs of the program. If hired as a Bilingual Staff - Interact with clients by speaking English and another language, e.g., Hmong, Vietnamese, Khmer, Karen or Spanish. Explain documents/information to clients with marginal English language skills, as needed.

Job Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling (must meet Mental Health Professional requirements. Experience may not be exchanged for education requirement. Minimum 2 years post-graduate related mental health professional work. If hired bilingual - fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English language and fluency in speaking one or more additional languages, e.g., Hmong, Vietnamese, Khmer, Karen or Spanish, etc. Type of certification, licensure or registration in LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP (must meet MN Mental Health Professional requirements). Board Approved Supervisor preferred. (Mental Health Professional with Supervision range $75,000 to $80,000 and Board Approved Supervisor range: $80,000 to $85,000. Foundation Driver required – the essential functions of the job require that the incumbent drive Foundation vehicles, Foundation clients, or both. Those that are designated as Foundation Driver required will have an implied driver’s license requirement as well.
