Interim Chief Operations Officer/ Operations Consultant

A Wisconsin healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Chief Operations Officer/Operations Consultant!
The Position
The Interim Chief Operations Officer/Operations Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the organization. The Interim COO/Operations Consultant will oversee building processes, staffing, finance, and expansion initiatives and will strive to optimize performance and growth initiatives. This leader will be responsible for the development and implementation of staffing plans including providing and maintaining a positive work environment while improving collaboration, communication, and employee engagement strategies. This leader will assist in the process development pertaining to resident transportation, EMR, cost savings, and overall operations strategies. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience within an Assisted Living setting is required. Experience opening a new assisted living facility is required.
