Interim Manager of Nursing needed in a Massachusetts Cancer Institute
The Position
The Interim Manager of Nursing will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the nursing team.Reporting to the Senior Director of Nursing, this leader will oversee 31 direct reports.This leader will prioritize team-building initiatives and retention strategies, providing stability and support to enhance engagement in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and project work.Ideal candidates will be seasoned and collaborative leaders.Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.ONC certification preferred.Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in hematology/oncology, along with at least three years of leadership experience.
