Interim Sterile Processing Manager needed in an Ohio Medical Center
The Position
The Interim Sterile Processing Manager is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department supporting a 52 ORs.This leader will report to the Director, Clinical Operations. This leader will work to increase productivity, by better managing the staff and ensuring daily workflow tools are functional and that corrective action is being given when necessary. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a large setting and is familiar with staff planning. Union experience is a plus. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Bachelor’s degree requiredCertification requiredUnion experience requiredMinimum of 4-5 years’ experience with hospital central processing required.
Pay Details
Pay Range: $140,000 - $155,000 annuallyFinal pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
