Interim VP of Patient Care Services/CNO

Join an Arkansas medical center as their new Interim VP of Patient Care Services/CNO!
The Position
The Interim VP of Patient Care Services/CNO will be responsible for the 24-hour oversight of patient services/nursing operations throughout the facility. The Interim VP/CNO will develop and implement process improvement plans as they relate to departmental clinical practices, staffing, operations, and quality initiatives. This leader will be responsible for providing and maintaining a positive work environment while improving collaboration, communication, and employee engagement strategies. This leader will strive to manage and maintain a variety of disciplines including clinical, supportive, and administrative support. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Master’s degree is required. Active Arkansas RN license is required. CAH experience is required.
