📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Specialist I, Accounts Payable maintains accurate payment information by auditing high-volume expenses, performing data entry, handling expense reports, check matching, and answering vendor and customer questions to enable efficient payments and financial reporting. AMN Temporary role-approx. 3 months
Job Responsibilities
Audits and approves daily and monthly business expenses.Reviews and codes all Accounts Receivable refund checks.Researches ledger issues and potential errors by investigating relevant processes and systems (i.e. Great Plains).Makes security deposit collections calls to external vendors.Prepares monthly reconciliation accounts.Reconciles and matches checks in order to ensure accurate records.Responds to payment inquiries with internal customers promptly to educate them on the process and resolve issues.

Pay Rate
$18.25 - $21.50 HourlyFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
