📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Amotec is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and grow the quality department of one of our growing manufacturing clients. As the Quality Manager you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our fastener products meet and surpass rigorous quality standards. You'll oversee the entire quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product validation. Collaborating closely with production teams, you'll implement quality assurance measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Quality Manager Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain consistency and precision in fastener manufacturing.Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
Quality Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Previous fastener manufacturing experience 3+ years of supervisory experience Previous ISO9001 or ISO 17025 experience
