Marketing & Sales Manager
Amotec is actively seeking candidates for a Marketing & Sales Manager. Located West of Chicago, IL our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this global manufacturing leader. Reporting to the GM/VP of Sales, the Marketing & Sales Manager will be the point of contact for global customers, analyzing market data and optimizing business strategies while managing a team of 3 direct reports. Our client offers a competitive base salary along with bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
Responsibilities:The Marketing & Sales Manager will manage multiple projects and marketing campaigns, launching new product lines and creating global brand awareness Manage and develop marketing & sales team to effectively serve new and existing customers Collaborate with senior leadership, analyze and interpret price mechanisms and manage budgets/fiscal activities for department Develop & manage social media, e-commerce and email campaigns Interpret and present profitability/margins for individual product lines
The Ideal Candidate will have:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance – Master’s preferred Project management and data management experience 5+ years of manufacturing experience with B2B marketing 3+ years managing direct reports Experience with ERP systems
