📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities• Supports manufacturing team to achieve operational delivery against defined production and quality targets• Complies with instructions from team members and supervisors• Responds positively to feedback from supervisors• Ensures raw materials and products meet the agreed product specification and production schedule• Provides routine support to department and other aligned support services to deliver line performance and continuous improvement projects• Assists in setting up and running Line Equipment in accordance with the agreed settings/parameters• Ensures adherence to Safety, Health and Environment, Good Manufacturing Practice and Order Due Date• Exhibits flexibility by providing assistance to projects as needed and adhering to timelines to support project managers as necessary• Participates in formal and informal training to meet the line and business needs Shift • 1st Shift - Mon-Thurs (6am-4:30pm) Essential Desirable• Secondary education • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice• Work experience in a regulated industry
