Job Title: Trust and Estates Paralegal Location: near Uniondale, NYSalary: $80-$100KWork Environment: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
Trusts and Estates administration paralegal with at least five years of experience for its Uniondale office. The candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and accountants. The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Excel. Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: All phases of trusts and estates administration. Strong knowledge of Surrogate’s Court rules and procedures (e.g., probate, administration, accounting proceedings) is essential. Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns is preferable.
