Profisee MDM Engineer

Must have: Extensive MDM experience in Profisee MDM Tool & C# .net background

Qualifications:Should have 12+ years of IT experience and 6+ years of experience in MDM architecture, design, development and support with leading MDM toolsExtensive MDM experience in Profisee MDM Tool & C# .net backgroundShould have 6+ years of experience in ETL development, support and operations with emphasis on Data qualityShould have in depth knowledge on Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies to design data warehousesShould have in depth understanding on Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Cataloging, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Dictionary, Data Mapping, Data Policy and Data Governance Should have thorough understanding of Master Data hierarchy and implemented multi-Domain MDM for Fortune 100 organizationsShould have done extensive Data Cataloguing using Purview ToolComprehensive knowledge and experience in process improvement, normalization/de-normalization, data extraction, data cleansing and data manipulationShould have participated in MDM workshops with business and technology stakeholdersShould have written complex SQL queries for data analysis and profilingShould have cross global location experience and been part of a team of atleast 10+ members in a global delivery modelShould have experience in gathering business requirements by collaborating with business users, stakeholders and SMEsShould have experience in working with product managers, project managers, business users, applications development teams, DBA teams and Data Governance team on a daily basis to analyze requirements, design, development and deployment technical solutionsShould have excellent communication and leadership skillsAble to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersResponsibilities:Participate in JAD, workshops and/or business requirements sessions to understand, identify and detail MDM requirements and key criteriaWork with stakeholders in gathering the Match & Merge rules, develop & configure trust matrix, match path, match columns, match rules (Exact and Fuzzy) and data stewardship workflowsFind gaps and data anomalies and review the same with stakeholders for approval and identify next stepsDevelop and execute data profiling, data quality analysis and capture results for requirement/user story sessions recommendations and plan, Data Model, Data Dictionary and Current to Future State Data MapDesign, develop and implement architecture for MDM as enterprise solutionPerform Data Cataloguing and analysis using Purview Propose and institutionalize principles of MDM data model lifecycle management that will ensure best standards for data quality managementEngineer efforts of data quality completeness initiativeProvide design expertise in the development of the data deliverables, including the Data Stewardship Framework, Data Cleansing recommendations including standardization and plan, Data Model, Data Dictionary and Current to Future State Data Map.Participate in roadmap planning, recommending technologies and solutionsParticipate and drive requirements and architecture discussions with cross-functional stakeholdersAssist in system analysis, design, development and testing patch releases and system upgradesParticipate in daily scrum meeting and actively participate in the Jira Teams Plan, issue reporting and assignment, Track, Report, and manage work for the MDM developmentEnsure program’s alignment to Enterprise data standards Quality, Metadata, Linkage, Reference data, Provisioning strategy etc.
