Bank Capital Forecasting and Regulatory Reporting Manager

Dallas Area Bank is seeking an experienced hands-on manager to join its growing capital management team. The bank is anticipating growth to $100B and is expanding its capital management team to meet its growth initiatives.The candidate will be responsible for the bank’s Capital Management Forecasting Plan and Regulatory Stress testing.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the regulatory documentation processSubject Expert on Bank Capital rules and requirementsAbility to run and review the banks’ Capital Forecasting modelCreate, analyze, and author timely reports for the bank's senior managementOversee all audits and controls for the departmentPresent analysis to senior managementRequirements:Must have 5+ years of bank balance sheet experience; capital forecasting, regulatory reporting (Reg Y-9C), Stress Testing, and deep knowledge of bank capital regulationsMust have experience working in a collegial team and mentoring junior analystMust have demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Excel, S&P Global Markets Intelligence, WorkivaMust have strong writing and communication skillsNice to have bank accounting expertise.This role plays a major role in managing the bank’s capitalThis is not a people management roleThe company does have a relocation plan for candidates outside the Dallas area.
