📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is an inital 6-12 month contract (poss. extension) paying up to $1,800pday LLC (Corp-to-Corp or W2)
My client is looking for a strong Capital Markets Program Lead to work in a Finance Transformation programme covering RWA / Capital Managmaement
They are looking for consultants with the folloiwng experience:
Capital RWA target designRWA / Capital Policy standards / ProceduresControl framework / Data traceabilityMinimum 10 years’ + experience in program management in Financial Services, preferably in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.Strong understanding of project management and being able to manage a team of 5-10 project managersIndustry knowledge, including Capital Markets / Global Markets product knowledge is preferred.Extensive Finance Change experience covering Finance, Regulatory, Risk etc. preferably on the business side
