Job OverviewThe commercial account manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the company. Anchor Heating & Cooling will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter but also someone who will be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you grow your career. - Salary $40K-$60K+ (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure· Cell Phone & Laptop· Truck & Gas Card
Responsibilities and Duties· Prospecting/Cold Calling· Setting Up Meetings with Potential New Customers.· Quote Planned Maintenance Contracts/Service Work Parts/Installation Jobs.· Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.· Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.· Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.· Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.
Qualifications· Minimum High School Education· College Education Preferred· 2+ Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales· HVAC Knowledge is a plus but not required.· Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
