The Product Manager specializing in Data Communications (Datacom) will spearhead the management and development of our datacom connector solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning product strategies with market demands, ensuring seamless integration within Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment and beyond.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll reporting. Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in their work. Cost analytics and inventory oversight Reconcile inventory through cycle count analysis including identifying, researching, and resolving variances. Coordinate with and lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information. Collaborate with assistant controller to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, audit activities. Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline accounting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure that accounting practices remain in compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience 5+ years working in accounting or finance roles, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS standards. High level of integrity and ethics, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
