As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead Anduril’s efforts to achieve munition, warhead, and fuzing certification by chaperoning programs through the relevant review entities (WSERB, FISTRP, SSSTRP) and creating positive and enduring relationships with the review entities.Create, review, manage, and present critical documentation packages internally and to customers and fuze/safety boards.Engage with technical and business line teams and individuals to ensure safety/certification information is accurate and thoroughPlan and document testing, analysis, and review milestones to ensure we are taking a proactive approach and minimizing the timeline to go through the review processDocument root cause and corrective actions that are relevant to the review processOversee updates to project deliverables including requirements documentation, change control, traceability, and reliability matrices.Create frameworks and establish precedent for government reviews and system certifications to aid future programs.Flow down similar guidance and manage as needed key vendors (ESAD, warhead, etc.) where needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBS or higher degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or another engineering discipline5+ work experience in design, safety, certification, and systems engineering of an ordnance systemWarhead/fuze review board experienceMunitions system certification or qualification experienceExperience in program management, customer and vendor management, and managing schedules and budgetsAbility to travel as required up to 25%Experience preparing formal documentation (i.e. specifications, test procedures, technical reports, etc.)Excellent written and slide documentation with an astute eye for clarity and accuracyPassion for defending the United States and her alliesBe able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSActive U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearanceExperience planning and executing munitions field tests, including data acquisition, data analysis, and project coordinationPrior experience in EOD or handling munitions productsExperience developing or testing complex electrical or mechatronics systemsUS Salary Range$140,000—$185,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
