Position Summary:The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting our design team with creative projects, from concept to completion. This entry-level position is perfect for an enthusiastic, driven and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the field of graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of design concepts for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, emails, presentations, and branding collateral.Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.Help maintain and organize digital assets and design files.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.Perform basic photo editing and manipulation tasks.Provide administrative support to the design team as needed.
Qualifications:A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Up to 1 year of professional design experience or relevant internships (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creative thinking.Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow as a designer.
