The Gig: Assistant Project Manager (APM) As our APM, you're the magician behind the scenes, making sure every project dazzles. You'll be working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and the Scheduling Team, orchestrating all aspects of construction to turn dreams into reality.

Your Playbook

Inspect & Report: Help out with inspections, site visits, and canvas reports.Team Player: Be the glue that holds our teams together—communicate effectively with the Customers, Scheduling Team and Subcontractors.Eyes on the Prize: Oversee every phase of pool installation, document it with snazzy digital photos, and ensure all inspections check off.Customer Whisperer: Keep our customers in the loop, answering their questions, and smoothing out scheduling bumps.Sync Up: Regularly powwow with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are on track and tackle any issues.Prevent Hiccups: Assist Design Consultants and Sales Managers in pre-site evaluations to nip problems in the bud.Safety First: Be the safety champ on job sites, ensuring everyone plays by the rules.Paper Trail Pro: Maintain meticulous construction files, permits, and paperwork.Jack of All Trades: Be ready for other projects and tasks as they come your way.Company Culture: Embrace the Anthony & Sylvan Pools way of doing things.
