The North America DAU Manager will work with the DAU Team Leader to develop and execute strategies and programs that support current and emerging DAU initiatives including:

What The Day Will Look Like

Work with cross solution line leaders and the DAU coaches to drive revenue growth within and across solution lines.Analyze data to develop insights for effectively moving DAU leads and opportunities through the sales funnel.Summarize current program status, issues and successes for reporting to senior management.Identify issues and problems early and propose solutions.Support and manage the operational aspects of AUCD working closely with the central team and office leadership.Support the DAU coaches with analysis and other reporting needs.Coordinate with the Aon Connect team to support AUCD operational needs

Work with the Pricing Team to support National Pricing Council operational and reporting needs.Work directly with office leadership to support the Office Pricing Council process.Coordinate with the Aon Connect team to support Aon Value operational needs

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
