Data expert, operations expert and project manager for large client services team. Prepares critical reports and professional power point presentations for clients and Head of Client Services to run the business. Support Sales and other internal teams by providing timely claim information and assistance to help them achieve their client deliverables. Actively involved in all operations, change management, oversight and strategy of Client Services. Sits on Client Services North America Operations Committee and will participate on global initiatives. May also have dedicated clients to manage.

What The Day Will Look Like

Lead, participate and be responsible for all business activities of the region, including achievement of annually established Key Performance Indicators as our critical metrics.Develops, maintains and runs ad hoc SQL and excel reports for Client Services, Brokers, Finance, IT, global colleagues, and other stakeholders as neededDevelops and manages the implementation of Client Promise Plans for each client, including a specific business plan aimed at ARS revenue growth. Ensures client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered. Project manages all Aon and industry- related resources to achieve client objectives. Leads stewardship planning and delivery which is also the Client Promise Review.Maintains files, databases, or SharePoint sites as appropriateProject Manager: Works closely with Head of Client Services to oversee and manage all projects for Client Services. Maintains and updates project tools on sharepoint and OneNote. Acts as lead on several key initiatives.Lead Programme change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.Oversees integration initiatives as a result of mergers, acquisitions, operational transformations, TOMs and/or third-party products (i.e. software).Identify trends including efficiency opportunities and work with leadership to develop action plansAssists the Head of Client Services North America strategy initiatives for departmentReview budget for each individual client engagement and assist staffing team in settling appropriate level of resources to assign with goal of meeting and Expense Management GoalsDevelops professional Power Points for Global and North America Client Advocates as neededDevelops and implements quality assurance program within the departmentDevelops Best Practices and make recommendations for improvement, when appropriate.Proactively approach training and development to grow knowledge and ability to deliver excellence in client serviceActively participates in team meetings and handles action items and responsibilities in a timely manner including team meetings and Town Halls.Ensure that processes, metrics and measures are in place for monitoring and maintaining standards of business conduct consistent with the operational, legislative and regulatory requirementsCommunicates with team members, sales team, reinsurers and ceding companies to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide assistanceActive participant in global initiatives, may be asked to lead or sponsor various global initiativesDevelop and distribute technical manuals and bulletins, update Cat Codes and other fields within GRIDS as neededMay include up to 35% of role dedicated to handling Clients as a Claim and/or Accounting Advocate

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability along with 7 years experience in IT, Data, Operations, Project Management, Client Services, or equivalent experience in insurance or reinsurance claims or accounting operationProject Management qualification desirable e.g. Prince2 or PMP, but not necessarily requiredExperience with SQL is a plus, or willingness to learn.Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products, advanced in excel and PPTReinsurance/Insurance experience a plus but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization;Ability to think strategically and analytically, as well as solve problems by thinking creatively;Focused, with strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detailStrong leadership, motivation and project management skillsProven track record and experience in using judgment, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize contending requirements and deadlines

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
