As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by being part of our Reinsurance Solutions line. Aon Reinsurance colleagues help clients understand, lead and transfer risk through innovative solutions.

Role Responsibilities

Prepare input data from client’s crop insurance data, crop insurance industry data, and other external data sources.Work with IT specialist and model developers to validate the model input and output.Responsible to running crop and livestock models, maintain input and outputs with modeling versions for future use and prepare/maintain the modeling workflow based on goals.Coordinate with analytics team and brokers team for all necessary modeling works.Harvest external data and maintain in SQL server.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Strong data management and statistics background is necessary.Solid programming skill in MS-SQL and R experience in automating the process.Hands-on experience in large data management and manipulation by using MS-SQLExperience in crop and livestock space is preferred but not required.Should have at least Bachelors degree with concentration in data management and statistical fields.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position is $73,100 to $97,400 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
