Reconciliation Team

Reconciliation Team member are responsible for handling all reconciliations of data between Bloomberg IBOR, Eagle Pace, and client custodians.

This new team will perform the three-way reconciliation between Custodian, Bloomberg and Eagle Pace on a daily basis, and will follow up and close all breaks identified within agreed service levels. This team will also track open breaks and maintain supporting documentation for the break.

Responsibilities

Review and reconcile asset data breaks on a daily basisWork with client custodians, portfolio managers and other related parties to resolve breaksWork with Portfolio Managers and Client teams to provide details on approved open breaksBuild up and follow the global standard on asset reconciliation with U.S., UK and Canadian teamsWork closely with other departments with onboarding and trade monitoring of discretionary clientsHelp with special projectsSelf-motivated and professionalAbility to work in a team-based setting

Qualifications

2+ years with asset management operational experience Outstanding data analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyIntellectual curiosityTechnology and database skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work against a deadlineAbility to prioritize and self-schedule deliverable obligations and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to maintain outstanding working relationships with colleagues and vendorsExperience with Eagle Pace and Bloomberg, or equivalent systems, is highly preferredKnowledge of SWIFT system functionality is highly preferredExcel Skills, VBA/macro a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics is preferred)
