The Opportunity: We're seeking an exceptional, licensed real estate agent to become a key player on our Boston Apartment Rental Team. You'll be the guiding force in helping our online renters expertly navigate the apartment search process. Collaborating closely with our dynamic team, you'll contribute to shaping and scaling our operations in Greater Boston. If you have a dream to work in the PropTech space, while leveraging your knowledge of the Boston rental market, this is an exciting, ground-floor opportunity.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not currently a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Massachusetts, with recent experience in apartment leasing in Greater Boston, you will not be considered for this position.

What You'll Do:You will own the entire leasing process – from responding to AI qualified leads, to completing the signing of the lease.Respond to and manage renter inquiries using Leaseboard, our proprietary CRM.Offer advice and other apartment options to increase our client’s success in finding a new home.Work with Owners and Property Managers to book and conduct tours.Aid renters in navigating our streamlined application process and facilitate lease signings.Foster trust-based relationships with both property managers and renters.Deliver reports on rental applicant status to internal stakeholders.Share valuable renter and property feedback to continually enhance our service offering. Who You Are:A licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts, with a proven track record of successfully guiding renters to lease apartments in Greater Boston.A highly motivated self-starter eager to dive into new projects and accomplish goals.Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexible with your schedule, willing to work weekends and beyond traditional hours to hit your monthly revenue targets.Passionate about leveraging technology to innovate and improve traditional real estate methods.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills: you have a customer service orientation and are enthusiastic about helping clientsA troubleshooter with the ability to autonomously identify and resolve issues.Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree.
