Salary: $80-100,000 based on experience (final salary is decided by client HR)

Requirements

OSHA 30 certifiedInfection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certified or experienced inPrior experience working in construction or infection control in a healthcare environmentBachelors degree

Overview

The construction safety trainer is in charge of two functionsSite SafetyIn site safety this person will utilize their OSHA 30 certification and ICRA experience to ensure all environments are safe for patients and employees of a hospitalThis involves checking tickets around power testing; sealing environments for floor and ceiling cleaning; and any risk of vital systems going offline or particulates entering a patient/ employee space TrainingIn the training role this person will be in charge of creating and owning the training program around how the client onboards new vendors, creates badges, and trains staff in a variety of construction and safety protocols
