Job Overview: This role involves providing operational support to the Medical Affairs Team, collaborating with internal departments, and implementing innovative strategies to maximize the success of the medical strategy and achieve company objectives.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Streamline Medical Affairs operations, improve process efficiency, and develop tactical plans Manage Medical Affairs projects, ensuring compliance, documentation, and effective knowledge management Oversee day-to-day operations of contracts, purchase orders, and vendors in Medical Affairs Foster cross-functional relationships, identify innovative technologies, and provide training for optimal operational performance

Primary Jobs Requirements

Bachelors degree in a science or health-related field 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in clinical development or medical affairs, showcasing proficiency in business systems and process development Possess a strong working knowledge of SharePoint, IT systems, and MS Office applications Exhibit outstanding customer focus, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple projects, demonstrating excellent planning, presentation, documentation, communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach
