Delivery Lead / Change Manager

• * 3 Days/Week On-Site Richmond, Virginia **12-18 month contract with potential FTEW2-Only (No Options for C2C or 1099), Paid for Hours WorkedW2 Pay $60/hr

REQUIRED: Employed by a large bank within the last 3-5 years (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Truist, JPMC, Citi Bank, US Bank, etc)5+ years as a Functional Change Manager and/or Project Manager supporting delivery of IT related projectsPM skills like balancing scope, forecasting, etc.

Position Summary:Serves as single point of accountability for end to end project execution across people, process, and technology dimensions (projects range from $2mm-$8mm depending on size and complexity). Project is related to data quality work, experience in that area is preferred.Owns project governance including forecasting and financials, managing a large project budget across multiple service provider teams; ensures on budget performance (+/- 1%)Leads project work group meetings and owns regular status communications to stakeholders; will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior business partnersEnsures all project deliverables are managed on time and with high qualityOwns all project system of record updates and team adherence to enterprise change standardsKeeps project team focused on delivering critical requirements (Minimum Viable Product) and scope; escalates items that are change controls and/or should be deferred to later phases of workEscalates and drives resolution of key project risks to ensure projects meet their intended objectives and deliver on timeApplies proactive upfront planning to drive predictable project execution with no major surprises or unexpected headwindsEnsures all project objectives are successfully achieved with appropriate measurement and traceability in place to confirmStrong Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
