Title: Full Stack Java Developer (Mid-Level)Duration: 6-month Contract to HireLocation: Dallas, TX - 3x week
Company Overview: Our client: One of the largest financial services company in the U.SPosition/Project:Our client is expanding and taking on some exciting and new projects! The Development Manager is adding a member to the Agile Development Team to work on an enterprise modernization effort. This team will be retiring several legacy enterprise applications to rebuild modern applications with up-to-date technologies using microservices and cloud. We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Java Developer on a collaborative Agile team. The role will involve working with Java, Angular, SQL, and AWS in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern JavaDeploy applications to AWS cloud environments using CICD pipelinesCreate responsive user interfaces (UI) with Angular, ensuring seamless user experiencesImplement RESTful APIs and integrate them with backend servicesProvide problem-solving solutions and proactively seek opportunities to reuse or generalize existing services and implementationWrite efficient queries and manage data integrity using SQLPossess strong communication and collaboration skills working with an Agile development teamParticipate in code review sessions for proper code qualityConduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing as neededTechnical Environment: Java 8, Angular 14, AWS, SQL, Microservices, and more
QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Science field, or related work experienceAbility to communicate effectively to multiple teamsExperience with Java 8+Experience with Angular 10+Experience with SQL/RDBMSSoftware Engineering knowledge and understanding of common terminologyMust be able to work on a W-2 without sponsorship
