Job Description:Working on operational process within our client's Shared Services Operations called the Document Capture process. Processes are being outsourced to a partner over the next 18 months. A Program Management team is in place with internal talent. Seeking to leverage two additional resources for a short term to augment that Program Management team.
Properly qualified resources understand the outsourcing lifecycle, tech deployments from an SDLC process, how to manage projects in large organizations while communicating across stakeholders, and business process optimization. There are several workstreams and different parts of the program team are dedicated to them. Initial sense is that these resources would be dedicated to but that may evolve. Needs to be flexible and capable of gathering requirements one day and communicating to senior leadership on another.
Need to be happy being a hands-on individual contributor, this is not a management role.
Outsourcing methodology and execution
Will conduct many meetings across stakeholders in a workstream. Will have parts of the day where data will be analyzed, then parts of the day for preparing presentations, problem solving and putting out fires as they arise.
