Project Manager (Healthcare, CPQ, FiComm)
Growing, international medical diagnostics company is adding a Project Manager to their team. The focus will be with two key projects:
Contracting & Pricing Business Process Analysis & NextGen Testing Inquiry Mngt - Solution Development for FiComm
This role is working remotely on either CST or EST. Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
5-10 years’ experience in work related to IT software development, preferably in healthcare industryBS/MS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)Experience in coordinating teams and managing IT programs of local/global scope in a multicultural environmentExperience with iterative development, agile, scrum, and with common software development tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ConfluenceExperience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service teamsAbility to apply project management core concepts in a fit-for-purpose, practical and efficient manner to meet the specific needs of each project.Ability to develop relationships with people originating from various culturesAbility to decompose problems and find the best solutionsMust possess an "Improvement mindset"Servant leadership style and experienceExcellent people and communication skills

Knowledge and experience in Commercial area (IT / Business) is a plus
Agile: Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.); certification a plus
