Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (8+ years) in software engineering, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility and leadership. Strong technical background, with expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and technologies relevant to the organizations industry and product/service offerings. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and project management tools (Azure DevOps preferred). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and overcoming obstacles. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
