This is a full-time position with base pay + uncapped commission.

What We're Hiring ForThis is a Full Desk Position in which you will be developing business relationships with hiring managers within the Engineering and Information Technology fields and recruiting candidates for them.
Duties:Properly identify through phone networking and research a client company's hiring manager's/decision makers.Effectively negotiate between technical personnel and hiring managers via phone and email.You will utilize proven recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the Engineering & IT Fields.Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and other resources to find potential candidates.
Requirements:Previous customer service experience, sales experience OR ( bachelors degree is preferred)Sales experience is not required but is a plusMotivated by money and willing to work hard to earn itMust be energetic, positive, team-oriented, and entrepreneurialStrong communication and time management abilitiesTeam player; enjoys having a positive impact on othersSeeks out an opportunity for personal & professional development
