Overview
Located on approximately 10 acres of land adjacent to Florida Hospital, Apopka Health and Rehabilitation Center is designed with a split floor plan to provide resident privacy. The 101,811 square foot center includes 36 private and the 72 semi-private well-appointed suites. All resident rooms have individual bathrooms, each with its own shower. Enclosed exterior courtyards feature multiple access points and plenty of shaded areas to maximize resident comfort and relaxation. A large state-of-the-art therapy gym opens onto a courtyard featuring an occupational therapy track or mobility garden. Residents enjoy daily activities in addition to an on-site movie cinema.

RN Weekend Supervisor

Apopka Health and Rehab is a beautiful, 3 year old 180-bed center, and we are seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) who can supervise weekends. Do you have a desire to help others in need, have a compassionate nature and are sk illed at working with others as a team to provide the highest standard of care at all times? Then Apopka Health and Rehab wants you!
In this role, you will provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices, regulations, and as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. You will supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions to maintain outcome focused care and services for each resident while achieving the facility’s business objectives.

Qualifications
Must be a licensed nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others Demonstrated understanding of state and federal rules and regulations that govern the practices of the facility Must maintain regular attendance, be flexible, and demonstrate calm and professional behaviors Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
