Title: ServiceNow Configurator Location: Onsite(Plano, TX)
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Configurator to join our team and play a key role in configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization and clients. As a ServiceNow Configurator, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations within the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB, to support IT service management processes.Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate and streamline business processes within the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure the integrity and stability of ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Perform testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow configurations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
