Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Tester to join our team. As a Workday Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday configurations and integrations through thorough testing and validation processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop test plans, execute test cases, and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of Workday implementations.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand Workday configurations, integrations, and business requirements.Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications, ensuring coverage of all relevant scenarios.Execute test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of Workday configurations and integrations, documenting test results and identifying defects.Work closely with developers and configuration specialists to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, ensuring timely resolution and retesting as needed.Participate in test automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive test cases and improve testing efficiency.Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, including test execution metrics, defect tracking, and risk assessment.Collaborate with project teams to plan and prioritize testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on testing processes, tools, and methodologies, and sharing best practices with team members.
