Position Title: Construction ControllerDirect Hire - Fully Onsite - West Mifflin, PA

We are seeking a skilled Construction Controller to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction accounting and financial management. As a Construction Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:Manage all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.Monitor project financial performance, analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement.Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction accounting or financial management.Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, including job costing, contract management, and revenue recognition.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
