We are seeking a medical malpractice paralegal that can handle quite a bit of Pre-Suit.
Firm is in Maitland, FL - hybrid after 90 days
$65,000 range
Pre-Suit involves:Confirming information on the Before/After TreatersPreparation of Notice of Intents (NOI’s)Burning CD’s containing information required.Dealing w/ incoming DiscoveryDrafting & Sending outgoing DiscoveryHandling Pre-Suit Mediation, if applicableCoordinating Unsworn Statements, etc.
