Startup / Commissioning Manager (W/WW)
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Appleton Finn are working together with a leading W/WW client based out of California who are looking to expand their team to grow their division into the Bay Area, the hire is important to the success of upcoming operations and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of critical decisions and moving the company into the right direction. An Electrical background is preferred for this position however not essential. Experience with Water Treatment is a necessity.
Job responsibilities
Develop commissioning plans and strategies for projects.Coordinate and oversee the commissioning process.Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Conduct inspections and tests to verify system performance.Identify and resolve deficiencies or issues.Document and reporting commissioning activities.Manage commissioning schedules and resources.Review and approve commissioning documentation.Conduct training and handover activities.Collaborate with contractors and vendors.Monitor progress and address project risks.Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.Conduct post-commissioning evaluations and follow-ups.Ensure project completion within specified quality standards.

College EducationElectrical Experience (3+ years experience)Water Treatment Experience (3+ years experience)Project Management / Senior Superintendent Experience (7+ years experience)
Benefits
170k-200k Base Salary DOE plus bonus, healthcare and company vehicle.
