In this role, you will provide direct leadership and oversight to our team of Health Coaches who provide health coaching services within our care delivery model. Position Qualifications/Essential Functions

Responsible for managing a team of health coaches and ensuring quality patient care is provided in person, over the phone and through digital channels in multiple time zones Hires, onboards, directs, develops and mentors staff, including communicating job expectations, providing performance review and feedback, quality assurance checks and addressing areas of opportunity Consults and provides coaching supervision to coaches to provide efficient and quality care and work through challenging cases Monitors coaching team and programming's effectiveness to drive quality outcomes in patient populations. Coordinate and/or conduct training sessions for health coaches during onboarding and ongoing develop to keep them updated on medical and health coaching protocols and best practices for remote and in person care. Develop, maintain, and evaluate a competency and proficiencies for health coaching staff following regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Support in design, implement and evaluate existing and new health coach programs, including designing program workflows and supporting the organization, development, and implementation of organizational policies. Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, clinical operations, to streamline operations and improve patient experience. Collaborates with clinical and operational leadership care teams to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care and ensure that coaching is understood, championed, and integrated into our clinical model by the entire clinic team. Ability to effectively work in a dyad leadership model with care center Practice Manager to support health coaches, clients, and patient population. Contributes to the advancement of health coaching practices and continuous improvement through involvement in health coaching practice, research, and professional collaboration. Education/Experience

Active NBC-HWC certification, required Minimum 5 years of health coaching experience and 200 hours of coaching sessions, required Minimum 3 years experience in a primary care setting Leadership Experience minimum of 1-3 years Master's degree or higher in a health and wellness-related field or a bachelor’s degree puls an active Licensed/registration in a nationally recognized health and wellness-related field. Examples include LDN, RDN, CHES, RN, LCSW preferred Experience in creating policies and workflows utilizing evidence-based practice in alignment with organizational goals and organizational culture. Experience developing training materials, including job aids, videos, and eLearning materials. Experience working with an EMR. Experience managing a remote team Skilled in Google Workspace, screen recording software, e-learning software, and learning management systems.

Physical Demands

Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time. Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Requires 20% travel (both in and out of state) to clinics and head quarters within the apree network

Compensation: $80k - $104K/annual salary & bonus eligible (national average, premium markets may vary)
