Position Overview:The Project Specialist (Level I, II or III) plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing multifaceted projects to ensure their triumphant culmination. Tasked with the comprehensive management of project planning, execution, and closure, the Project Specialist meticulously adheres to deadlines, budgets, and stringent quality standards. Beyond project coordination, this role involves extensive research, the preparation of thorough reports, and adept communication of project status to diverse stakeholders. This multifaceted role requires an individual with exceptional organizational acumen, effective communication skills, and a sharp problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:1. SKU and Barcode Management:· Spearhead the meticulous and timely creation of SKUs and barcodes, demonstrating a commitment to precision.2. Project Timeline Oversight:· Collaborate seamlessly with Operations to oversee project timelines, ensuring impeccable adherence to launch dates.· Develop strategic timelines for each launch, proactively engaging with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize lead times.3. Amazon Support:· Provide comprehensive support for projects associated with Amazon, ensuring seamless integration.4. Tradeshow and Wholesale Support:· Take charge of the coordination of logistical elements for tradeshows, including display racks, posters, and brochures tailored for wholesale events.5. Sample Coordination:· Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to ensure the timely arrival of samples, crucial for the creation of impactful digital assets.6. Demand and Inventory Coordination:· Foster a close working relationship with Demand/IC, ensuring the provision of accurate SKUs on NetSuite.7. Procurement Coordination:· Lead coordination efforts with Procurement, establishing precise shipment timelines.8. Warehouse and Logistics Coordination:· Collaborate effectively with Warehouse/Logistics to ensure the timely arrival of all components, optimizing operational efficiency.9. Production Coordination:· Effectively communicate the arrival of final production components to QC/QA and Assembly/Production, establishing a harmonized schedule.· Collaborate with QC/QA to guarantee the acceptability of samples.10. SKU Management:· Demonstrate proficiency in creating/adding SKUs for Internal BOM and NetSuite.11. Assembly and Production Coordination:· Facilitate seamless coordination with Assembly and Production to ensure adherence to project timelines.12. Miscellaneous Duties:· Acknowledge the dynamic nature of the role, understanding that additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects may be assigned with or without notice. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.· Showcase strong leadership abilities and a teamwork-oriented approach, coupled with high-quality standards and an analytical mindset.· Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail.· Advanced English communication skills, enabling professional interactions with colleagues and clients on a global scale.· Pay range: $21.00/hour to $30.00/hour ($43,680-$62,400 yearly)
