Position is onsite in Flowood, MS and is contract to hire. Work authorization needed: US Citizen, Green Card, or H1B.

What you'll do:Ensure the implementation of corporate business and IT strategies with a focus on business outcome and objectives. Work closely with designated business areas and technical staff and facilitates requirements gathering, development and testing, and tracks and report project status to management throughout the project’s life cycle, the Project Manager holds the team accountable for delivering the plan and works to resolve any challenges they face.

Skills needed for success:Bachelor’s degree is requiredAt least 4 years of experience in effectively leading and managing Information Technology related projects5-7 years of experience in using SDLC methodologyExcellent resource planning, organization, time management and task scheduling skillsStrong project leadership skills and possess strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPointSpecific expertise or experience managing personnel in the following disciplines is preferred: Web Applications Development & Data Management, and SDLC methodology.
