📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Salary: $100,000 - 120,000/yearly
Required Qualifications: Degree in Accounting required from an accredited institution4+ years of comparable experience in a family office or similar environment.Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principlesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and accounting software (Bill.com, QuickBooks, Etc.)Strong leadership and management skills and ability to collaborate across many teamsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAnalytical thinking and strong emotional intelligenceDemonstrates a very high level of discretion when handling confidential information and personal attributes, including integrity, professionalism in attitude and appearance, and trustworthiness Preferred Skills: Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly desired Family office accounting with tax experience preferredDemonstrated success working in a deadline-driven environment managing multiple tasks; ability to pivot quickly and maintain internal controls
