Enterprise Test Lead

Aptimized is seeking to fill a position of QA Test Lead within the Technology Department. This role will focus on developing strategy, solution, planning and execution of end-to-end testing cycle for Mergers and Acquisitions program.

Test Lead Responsibilities

Test status reporting at both the detailed and management information level.Test management background with a proven history of success.Experience of having designed and implemented test frameworks on large scale programs and enhancing existing test processes.A strong understanding of test management processes, design techniques, and best practiceKnowledge of Specification based Black Box, Structured based White Bo and /or Experience based testing techniques.A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle - Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases. Analyze and report results, track defects, and participate in day-to-day QA support activities.Creation of automated and manual test cases. Review and Execution of test cases.Interaction with development and business during the project testing life cycleAutomation Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, DB testing and SOAP/REST testingEnsure all documentation and scripts are maintained and kept up to date with application changes.Report on the defect status for assignments to Lead management and project partners.an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.

Minimum Qualifications

10-12 years’ experience delivering QA testing for large scale ERP / SAP ImplementationExperience in professional services industry with full life cycle implementations as QA Lead.Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in hands on QA and working in teams employing Agile and/or Lean methodologies with the ability to prioritize across multiple tasks/stories/sprints.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Should be proficient in Business Analysis.
