Jr. Technical Business AnalystRemote role - must work EST hoursPay: $38-40/ hourly as W2, full benefits offered.Length of contract: Through the end of 2024, possibility to extend into 2025.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38-40 / hourly as a W2 employee.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.

Role Summary/Purpose:This client drives results with their retail and payments partners while also delivering leading customer experiences.Within their Marketing Organization, their Document and Content Management Team oversees the creation, updating, maintenance and governance of various content and communications.
This candidate will use a proprietary Marketing Technology (an in-house system you will be trained on) to create, update and deliver customer required communications.Reporting to the team Leader, this contractor will be responsible for accurately creating, updating, and creating various types of customer required communications.The contractor will be an expert dealing with cardholder content, legal templates, document formats, and delivery across all marketing channels.

Essential Responsibilities:• Create, update and test regulatory-required cardholder documents using relevant Martech• Consistently maintain a 99.9 accuracy level for templates, content blocks, and documents• Able to program manage the tactical execution of multiple online and printed templates for internal clients using Workfront to obtain required approvals and to release files to requestors.• Ensure content, templates and documents meet client requirements, brand standards, channel requirements, legal and regulatory guidelines.• Liaise with key business partners to support activities pertaining to interpretation of specifications for new builds, release scheduling, deployments, installations and configurations for applications and related platforms, including databases.• Create or modify XML, Schema Definitions (XSD) as needed to create and/or update content blocks, templates, and documents.
Ideal Qualifications/Requirements:• 2+ years of JavaScript experience• 2+ years of XML experience• 2+ years of XSD and Data Model experience• 2+ years of Program Management, preferably Agile experience
Desired Characteristics:• Bachelor’s Degree• Master’s degree preferred (not mandatory)• Analytical thinking• Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions• Prior work experience in Financial Services• Oracle database experience• Experience working in and navigating a highly regulated business• Strong problem solving, analysis and reporting skills
