Our client, a leading provider of shipping supplies and business solutions, is looking for a new Photo Director/Associate Photo Director to join their company team. The ideal candidate will bring their experience and eye for impeccable photography to the company's award-winning creative department. As Photo Director, lead our in-house photo studio to capture compelling imagery for print and digital marketing materials, including their renowned 800+ page catalog.Better together than apart. This position is 100% on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.
Position ResponsibilitiesGuide, direct and empower a photo studio team of 20+ employees to produce industrial product and lifestyle photography for B2B omnichannel marketing.Collaborate with the Creative, Merchandising and Product Marketing departments to identify objectives and communicate photo project expectations.Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in a creative, productive and timely manner.Collaborate with the Imaging team and studio partners to optimize processes and workflows between groups.Provide hands-on direction of photo shoots for studio, location and travel assignments.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in photography, design, marketing or a related field.7+ years of supervisory experience within the creative field. Experience in both design and photography preferred.Knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud and Digital Asset Management programs.Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
